Greetings and welcome to my website blog! I'm pleased to announce I'm ready for this next chapter. It has been quite the stop and start experience with a lot of life-changing events between. In the last year I have worked diligently to clear the blockages that occurred during some very difficult times. You know, the old self-defense mechanisms kicking in and all. Now, as I find myself on the other side of that pain and turmoil, I am reintegrating the facets of Me and shifting my focus, once again, to my true Self. As with the videos I have recently posted on social media, I will share the journey here as well. I look forward to walking the path once again! ~Namaste~
